Steps:

  1. Take out the wires from the JST SH connector
  2. Use this guide to get to the battery.
  3. Insert an opening pick in between the battery and the double-sided tape to take it out.
  4. Desolder the 2 wires connecting the battery to the motherboard. Remember where the positive and negative terminals are soldered.
  5. Take the new battery and solder it to the connectors, being mindful of the + and -
