Steps:

  1. Lift the lid and place it somewhere safe.
  2. Place one hand on the center faceplate of the defibrillator to keep the device stable. Then pull out the old pads and dispose of them according to your area's regualtions.
  3. Plug in the new pads and thread the expiry tag through the little slot on the AED cover.
