Steps:

1. Remove the storage tray on the left edge of the device.

2. Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove seventeen 7mm screws from the lower case.

3. Lift up the back case to remove it.

4. Locate the RAM slot and push outwards on the metal tabs to release the RAM card.

5. Carefully slide the RAM card out of its slot, and insert the replacement card
