Steps:

1. Remove the (9) nine 9.2mm screws (circled in red) with a JIS #1 screwdriver.
2. Remove the two bottom plastic grip covers.

3. Remove the (2) two 9.2mm screws (circled in red) with a JIS #1 screwdriver.
4. Remove the back cover of the controller as seen in image (2) two.

5. Desolder the soldered joints that are connecting the headphone jack to the motherboard (Circled in red).
6. This guide will show you how to solder and desolder connections.
7. Remove the headphone jack and put it aside.
