Steps:

1. Remove the black rubber band from the roller brush
2. In most models there will be a plastic cover over the rubber band. You will use the quarter to twist the latch and take off the cover

3. Use the bristles to pull the end of the brush that was connected to the belt away from the vacuum.

4. Slide the roller belt off of the roller brush and pull the roller away from the motorized brush.
