Steps:

1. Look at the side of your vacuum.
2. Identify the button that says "Floor Nozzle."
3. Press this button and remove the main body of the vacuum.

4. Look at the bottom of the Floor Nozzle.
5. Use a coin to turn the orange locking dials counter-clockwise.
6. If you are unsure, follow the arrows when turning the orange dials because the labeling is confusing.

7. Use your fingers to pull open the panel locked by the orange mechanism.
8. If there is debris stuck in the tube, use a long, thin object to remove it.
