Steps:

  1. Open the the printer by lifting the top section. Make sure you're lifting from the lowest portion of the scanner section.

  2. Locate 13mm TR10 Torx Security screw behind screen and remove using Torx screwdriver.

  3. Remove case covering by lifting it up to reveal the power cord.

  4. Locate power cord.
  5. Pull it out.

  6. Locate 13mm TR10 Torx Security screw behind screen and remove with screwdriver.

  7. Use a metal spudger around the edge to remove AC adapter cover.

  8. Pull the AC adaptor up and out of its casing
    9. Step image
  9. Disconnect the wires from the AC adaptor.
  10. Replace AC Adapter box. Reverse order of instructions for reassembly.
