Steps:

1. Slide the battery latches to release the battery.

2. Lift and remove the battery from the computer.

3. Remove the screw(s) that secures the cover to the computer. Lift the cover upwards.

4. Slide the cover outwards to release it from the notches on the computer.

5. Lift the cover upwards and away from the computer.

6. Remove the screws that secure the hard drive to the computer.

7. Lift the tab to disconnect the hard-drive cable from the system board. Lift the hard drive to loosen it from the chassis.

8. Slide and remove the hard drive from the computer.

9. Disconnect the hard-drive cable. Remove the screws securing the hard drive to hard-drive bracket. Lift the hard drive from the bracket.
