1. Slide the release latch outwards to unlock the battery.

2. Lift the battery to remove it from the computer.

3. Remove the screws that secure the access panel to the computer.
4. Lift the access panel away from the computer.

5. Lift to release the tab.
6. Disconnect the hard-drive cable from the system board.
7. Remove the screws that secure the hard drive to the computer.

8. Remove the tape and lift the hard drive to remove it from the computer.

9. Remove the screws that secure the hard drive to the bracket.
10. Lift the hard drive away from the bracket.
