Steps:

1. Remove the back cover of the laptop by unscrewing eight 3.5mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

2. Using the plastic opening tool, pry up the back cover.
3. It is recommended to start from a corner and run the tool along the edge of the cover.

4. The fan is located on the upper right hand side of the laptop.
5. Unscrew the four 4.5mm Phillips #0 screws along the fan.

6. Disconnect the fan connection by using the metal tweezers.
7. Then, plug in the new or cleaned fan back into the connection.
