Steps:

  1. WARNING: Before working inside your computer, read the safety information that shipped with your computer. Follow the instructions in Before You Begin.
  2. Disconnect the Mini-Card antenna cables from the Mini-Card(s).

  3. Make note of the cable routing and carefully dislodge the Mini-Card antenna cables from the routing guides.

  4. Disconnect the display cable from the system board connector.
    5. Step image
  5. Remove the two screws (one on each side) that secure the display assembly to the computer base.

  6. Lift and remove the display assembly off the computer base.
    7. Step image
  7. Place the NEW display assembly in position and replace the two screws (one on each side) that secure the display assembly to the computer base.

  8. Connect the display cable to the system board connector.
    9. Step image
  9. Route the Mini-Card antenna cables through the routing guides on the computer base.
    10. Step image
  10. Connect the Mini-Card antenna cables to the Mini-Card(s).
