Steps:

  1. Turn the speaker upside down, as shown .
  2. When reassembling your device, place the same or a new rubber pad on the bottom of the device using the perpendicular rubber protrusions as a guide for placement.

  3. Use the plastic opening tool to help peel the rubber cover off the base.
  4. Peel off the rest of the rubber base by hand.
