Steps:

1. Remove the four 2mm Phillips screws from the back of the screen.

2. Remove the six 2mm Phillips #000 around the edge of the screen.

3. Using the plastic opening tool, pry back the backplate from the front of the screen.

4. Using the black nylon spudger, gently remove the ribbon cable.
5. Remove the LCD screen.
