Steps:

1. Identify the screws near the bases of two wrist straps.

2. Hold one screwdriver firmly in one hand, as demonstrated in the image.

3. Secure the watch in the same hand, positioning the screwdriver over the screw.

4. Once the watch is secure, insert the screwdriver into the screw, and hold firmly.

5. With the watch and the first screwdriver secure, insert the second screwdriver into the opposite screw.
6. Holding the first screwdriver firmly, unscrew using the second screwdriver.

7. Remove the bar from the wrist strap to release.
8. Depending on which side the bar is inserted, you may end up loosening the screw instead of the bar. Keep this in mind to avoid losing your screws.

9. Repeat this process for the other side, adjusting the position of the watch accordingly.
