Description: Use this guide to perform a hard reset.

Steps:

1. Press and hold the power button located on the top of the phone to turn off the phone.

2. Press and hold the "UP" navigation button and the "End Call" buttons simultaneously for five seconds.

3. Press and hold down the power button to turn the phone back on.
