Steps:

1. Start with the device torn down to just the base, with the internals of the device showing.
2. Place the top casing onto base.
3. Ensure that the rubber gasket is positioned properly between the top and bottom casings
4. Flip the device with the bottom facing upwards.
5. Reinsert and screw in the screws to the bottom casing.
