Steps:

  1. Flip the keyboard over so that the bottom is facing up.
  2. Remove the twenty-seven 12 mm screws from the dark-grey panel using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.

  4. Remove the bottom panel by lifting and pulling it towards yourself.
  5. Step image
  6. Flip open the top half of the keyboard.
  7. Set the keyboard onto the bottom half with the internal parts facing up.
  8. Be careful not to let the bottom drop.

  10. Remove the nine screws from the brown circuit board that has an attached ribbon, with a #0 Phillips.

  12. Remove the circuit board, by pulling upwards.
  13. Step image
  14. Remove the buttons.
  15. Step image
  16. Place the new buttons into the slot, and push downward in the slot.
