Steps:

1. Locate the button on the bottom of the back cover.

2. Depress the button with your finger.
3. While the button is depressed, slide the back cover off of the phone.

4. Grasp the top and bottom of the front cover.
5. Grasp the phone body with your other hand.
6. Lightly pull the casing off of the phone.

7. The casing should be separated into two parts now.
8. Locate the power button at the very top of the front casing.

9. Use the spudger to push the power button through the casing.
