Steps:

  1. Lay the laptop down so that the bottom is facing up.
  2. There is no battery in the picture.

  3. Slide the two plastic tabs to the opposing sides.

  5. While both are in the unlocked position, slide the battery out.
  6. There is no battery in the picture.

  7. Remove the M2.5x5 mm screw with a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

  8. Slide the cover 1/4" towards the front of the laptop.

  9. Then, lift the cover off.
    10. Step image
  10. Gently push the lock springs outwards and the RAM stick will rise when it's free.
    11. Step image
  11. Then, gently pull the RAM stick towards the front of the laptop.
    12. Step image
  12. Repeat the last two steps for the second RAM stick if needed.
