Steps:

1. Turn off and unplug the Keurig before starting.
2. Open the lid and remove the two 11.0 mm screws located below the K-Cup holder.

3. Pull the black plastic guard of the K-Cup housing away from the Keurig.
4. Depending on the angle, the guard can actually fall out instead. Be ready to catch it!

5. Push the black button at the bottom of the lid to remove the K-cup holder assembly.
6. From the top, lift the assembly out of the Keurig.

7. Grab the top and the bottom of the holder assembly and pull it apart.
8. Be careful when pulling the assembly. There is a sharp needle!
9. This step requires a little force.
