Steps:

1. From the button, open the case of the correcting tape.

2. Cut from the middle of the extra correcting tape and remove those used parts.
3. Cut off those used parts from the place near the small gear.

4. Cut a small piece of the scotch tape.

5. Connect the remaining correction tape to the small gear by using a small piece of scotch tape.

6. After the connection is made, wrap the used tape tightly around the gear.
7. Put all the parts back in place.

8. Close the case of the correcting tape and snap back to place.

9. You're done!
