Steps:

1. Make sure the laptop is off.
2. Flip the laptop upside down so that the battery is facing you.

3. Move the two sliders towards the outer edge of the laptop.
4. Pull the battery out with your left hand while holding the right slider.

5. Remove the 5mm screw holding the RAM panel in place with a Phillips #1 screwdriver.

6. Remove the panel using the plastic opening tools.
7. Slide the tool along the edge to release the multiple catches keeping it secure.

8. Use plastic opening tools to move the metal clips holding the RAM in place outwards.

9. Gently pull the RAM out of its slot.
