Steps:

1. Insert a fingernail into the notch on the bottom right corner of the phone.
2. Pop off the back cover off of your device.

3. Insert a fingernail in the notch under the battery.
4. Remove the battery.

5. Insert the opening tool under the bottom cover.
6. Pop the bottom cover off.

7. Remove eight 3mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

8. Insert the opening tool in between the phone screen and the silver trim.
9. Pop off the trim.

10. Insert a screwdriver into the headphone jack.
11. Pop out the headphone jack.
