Steps:

1. Orient the bike upside down.

2. Remove the 10mm screw and take the bash guard off of the frame.

3. Remove the 65mm screw that connects the bottom of the shock to the frame.
4. Use a wrench to hold the other side.

5. Remove the 40mm screw that connects the shock to the link arm of the suspension.

6. Push the shock out of the brackets mounting it to the frame and suspension arm.
7. This may require some force and slight wiggling from side to side.
