Steps:

1. Remove the plastic plate with the 'Nivona' label carefully with a plastic opening tool.

2. Behind it, you'll find a chrome bezel. It is mounted at the marked spots.
3. Push the mounting points with a plastic opening tool to the side and remove the bezel carefully.

4. Remove the LEDs of the cup lighting from their holding clips and bend them aside.
5. Leverage the holder of the lighting element off and remove it.

6. Now it is possible to remove the keypad with the display, it is only held by clips. Remove it carefully by hand.
7. The keypad is connected by a large wire harness to the machine. The wire harness won't be removed, the keypad will only be pushed out of the way.

8. Now the spout is easily accessible. It is only fixed in place by clips and can be removed via a flat screwdriver or spatula.
9. The spout is now only connected to the coffee hose made of silicone.

10. Pull the silicone hose off the coffee spout.
11. The coffee spout is disconnected.
