Steps:

  1. Move to the front side of the sander.
  2. Remove the brush cap with a standard screw driver.

  3. With the brush cap off, the brush should spring out .
  4. With the brush hanging out, gently pull it out.

  5. For the other brush turn to the back side of the belt sander and repeat steps one and two.
