Steps:
- Ensure the paint brush handle, bristles, and ferrule are completely dry. If so, proceed to step two.
- If your brush is not dry, set in a warm dry location before proceeding to step two.
- Lightly sand the top of the paint brush handle and the inside of the ferrule.
- Be sure to remove all excess glue, prepping for reattachment.
- Remove excess glue and sand particles from the paint brush and ferrule.
- Line the inside of the ferrule with heat resistant glue.
- Be sure to line the ferrule with glue from the opening all the way to the end of the ferrule.
- Reattach the ferrule to the top of the paint brush handle.
- After attached, if there is excess glue at the base of the ferrule remove it with a tissue.
- Allow the brush to dry for 48-72 hours before use.
