Steps:

1. Use the spudger to remove the mesh front panel.

2. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the thirteen 12 mm screws in the speaker frame.
3. Remove the four screws at the bottom of the device.
4. Remove the speaker frame by pulling vertically and flip to reveal the speakers.

5. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the eight 12 mm screws from the left and right speakers.

6. Remove the left and right speakers from the speaker frame by pulling gently up and detaching the wires.
