Steps:

  1. Flip your device over so that you're facing the back cover of your device.

  2. Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to unscrew the single 8 mm screw and remove the RAM cover.

  3. Using the iFixit opening tools, press on the two metal pieces holding the RAM cartridge in place. Do this for both RAM cards.
  4. The card will pop up at an angle so you can remove it by hand.
