Steps:
- Pull off the shaving head.
- Squeeze the clamp springs with tweezers to easily remove the vibrator pins and their springs.
- Take off the third pin at the same time.
- Unscrew the two torx screws and remove the cover plate, make sure not to lose the 2 sealing rings (under the plate, now not visible)!!!
- Then remove the two sealing membranes.
- Pull off the housing head. Some force will be required for that
- pay close attention to the sealing rings!
- Remove the vibrator head, paying attention to the "nose" that must be fitted when installing in the beard trimmer!
- "Nose" must fit into the beard trimmer when assembling
- Carefully pry open the flexible cover at the marked points (also on the back) with a suitable tool. Caution: the tabs bend easily and may break off.
- Remove the screws and
- separate parts of the device
- Flip the metal switch up,
- then carefully pry the electronics board out of the holders and
- swap the batteries.
- Good luck with the assembly!
- Once the battery pack is back in place, press the button to test the function. If the battery voltage is too low, connect the charger. The green charging LED will start to flash, and after a short while, the device should turn on.
