Steps:

1. The glossy cover over the coffee spout is only snapped into place.
2. At the cover bottom you will find a tab in the middle above a catch. Lift the tab a little with a flat screwdriver and detach it from the catch.
3. Lift up the cover.

4. The coffee spout distributor is only snapped into place. Use your fingers to grab it from the top and lift it away from the machine. The first time it may stick pretty tight.

5. Remove the chrome trim from the outlet nozzles.
6. Slide off the inlet hose.
