Steps:

1. Power off the device. Remove the remaining screws holding the back cover in place:
2. Six 4.0 mm Phillips #00 screws.
3. Seven 6.7 mm Phillips #00 screws.

4. Remove the two rubber pads concealing the final bottom case screws.
5. Remove the two 4 mm Phillips #00 screws found under these pads.

6. There are clips along the edges of the back cover that hold it in place. Be careful not to break these.
7. Remove the entire rest of the back cover.

8. Remove the tape holding the wires in place.

9. Remove the following Phillips 00 screws securing the battery:
10. Four 4.5 mm screws
11. Two 6.7 mm Phillips screws

12. Pull the battery connector towards the battery to disconnect it.

13. Remove the battery from the laptop.

14. Use a spudger (or your fingers) to unhinge the left and right clips holding the RAM in place.

15. Carefully remove the RAM when both tabs have been fully disengaged.
