Steps:

  1. Place the laptop with the bottom panel facing up.
  2. Remove the single screw to access the bottom panel.

  4. Place a finger under the screw location and move it around the edge to pry the fourteen clips out.
  5. There are six clips on each side of the panel and two on the edge by the screw.
  6. Remove the bottom panel.

  8. Locate the M.2 drive to the right of the battery, below the hard drive.
  9. Remove the screw on the edge of the drive.

  11. Lift up on the edge of the drive where the screw was.
  12. Grab the drive by the two long edges.
  13. Pull the drive out.
  14. Note the keying on your new drive; it will only go in one way.

  16. Angle the new drive and insert it into the slot.
  17. Apply pressure down on the screw end of the drive.
