Steps:

1. Place the watch upside down.

2. Remove the back cover of the watch with tweezers.
3. This should reveal a plastic cover once the back is removed.

4. Remove the plastic cover with the tweezers.
5. You should now see the battery compartment.

6. Remove the battery with the tweezers.
7. Use your fingers to remove the battery if you find it difficult using the tweezers.

8. Insert the new battery by pushing down gently.
9. The battery needed for this watch is an SR920SW.
10. Recycle the old battery.

12. Place the plastic cover back over battery compartment.
13. Align the marked area of the plastic cover with the crown of the watch.
14. The crown is the knob that is used to set the watch.

15. Put the cover back and tighten it shut by pressing on it.
