Steps:

  1. Remove 6 Phillips screws securing the back plate.
  2. Lift the back panel out of the amp.
  3. Gently pry with a flathead screwdriver or other tool to release the back panel if it's stuck.
  4. Be careful not to pull out the wires connected to the power converter.

  6. Saw the adhesive from in between the reverb tank and the cabinet until the reverb tank is released.

  8. Use wire cutters to remove the zip tie fastening the wires to the speaker.
  9. Step image
  10. Unplug the wires leading from the reverb tank to the motherboard.
  11. Notice they are plugged in where the motherboard is labeled "reverb only."

  13. Remove the reverb tank.

  15. Glue the new reverb tank into place following the directions provided with the glue or epoxy of your choice.

  17. Reconnect the wires and test the new reverb tank ensuring the effect properly matches the knob setting.
