1. Begin by flipping the device over and removing the back cover
2. Ensure the device has no power, and isn't plugged into a television set.

3. Remove the 5 Phillips head screws

4. You can now open the device.

5. Remove these 2 Phillips Head screws
6. Pull back the button board

7. You can now remove either (or both) buttons
