Steps:

1. Turn off the vehicle by removing the keys from the ignition.
2. Open the back trunk door.

3. Use the 10 mm wrench to remove the two screws on the back panel.

4. Gently, but firmly push the assembly to loosen the plastic alignment pins.

5. Remove the taillight socket from the taillight assembly by rotating it counterclockwise and lifting the socket out.

6. Remove the defective light bulb from the socket by pulling up on the socket.

7. Insert the new light bulb into the same socket.

8. Test the light bulb by turning the headlights of the car on. If it lights up, it properly works.

9. Once the flanges are lined up, press in the socket and turn clockwise to lock in place.
