Steps:
- The plastic covering can be easily broken. Remove cautiously.
- Remove the plastic covering that is hiding the screw.
- Let the lubricant soak for a minimum of 5 minutes.
- Spray/ drench the screw/ lug-nut using WD-40 to create an easy lug-nut removal.
- Using a 10mm socket, remove the lug-nut.
- If the wiper arm is hard to remove, use a flat-head screwdriver for support.
- With the lug-nut removed, gently wiggle the arm out of the socket.
- Once the wiper arm is pulled off, clean the thread and nut to ensure that both are clear of debris.
- Place new wiper arm in socket.
- Using the 10mm socket, tighten the nut in place.
- Place plastic cover back on.
