Steps:

1. Use a jack to raise the vehicle.

2. Locate the oil filter and oil drain plug on the bottom of the vehicle. Place the drain pan underneath them.

3. Use the wrench to unscrew the oil drain plug. Let the oil drain all the way out. Once the oil has emptied, screw the drain plug back in.

4. Using the oil filter cap, unscrew the oil filter. Again, let the oil drain to the drain pan.

5. Receive the new oil filter. Lubricate the top with a small bit of oil. Using the oil cap, screw in the new oil filter.

6. Find the oil port under the hood, near the engine. Place the funnel in the port. Pour in the proper amount of oil needed (check vehicle's owner manual).

7. Using the dipstick check the oil level. It should be near the top end of the holes on the dipstick. Continue checking the oil level, and add more oil if needed. Once filled, fasten the oil port cap back on.
