  1. Slide the release latches to unlock the battery.
  2. Remove the battery from the computer.

  3. Pry the top edge of the display bezel.
  4. Work your way along to the sides and bottom edge of the display bezel
  5. Remove the display bezel from the display assembly

  6. Remove the 6 (M2 x 3mm) screws that secure the display panel to the display assembly
  7. Flip the display panel over
  8. Peel off the LVDS cable connector tape and disconnect the LVDS cable from the display panel
  9. Remove the display panel from the display assembly
