Steps:

1. With a multi-meter measure each of the thirteen batteries to see if there are any bad ones.
2. They should show 1.2 volts. Also, measure the amperes, they should all have a similar value. Any that show a lower value should be changed.

3. Once you know how many are bad, buy them at an electronics store.
4. Data on the batteries: Type NiMH - 1.2 V - 1300mAh
5. Replace them and you're all set.
