Steps:

1. All the screws are the same in the controller (Phillips's head).

2. Use a plastic spudger to open the case. Try not to scratch the plastic.

3. Be careful opening the case because there is a ribbon cable holding the 3 halves together.
4. The plastic for the lightbar will look different from mine because it's fragile and it broke.

5. Remove the battery and the screw underneath it.

6. The ribbon cable slots through the rectangular hole in the plastic beneath.

7. Remove the board.

8. You're finished with your DualShock 4 dissasembly!
