Steps:

1. Remove battery cover
2. Remove 6 PH0 screws
3. Do not attempt to separate the two halves
4. Disconnect the 2 FFC ribbon cables and wire connector
5. There's another ribbon cable, not shown in photo, next to the white one
6. You can now separate the two halves

7. Disconnect FFC ribbon cable

8. With a pair of tweezers, pinch the retaining tabs inward and push through the shell
9. This can be done with the rear motherboard still in place.

10. Disconnect cable

11. Remove tape
12. Keep it close to reuse during reassembly

13. Remove PH0 screw
14. Gently lift the PCB up
15. Remove 3 PH2 screws
16. You can now remove the entire rear PCB

17. Disconnect wire plug

18. Remove 3 PH0 screws
19. You can now remove the front PCB

20. Remove 2 PH0 screws
21. You can now remove the speaker

22. Remove 4 PH0 screws
23. You can now remove the screen
