Description:

Steps:

  1. Remove the battery, LED cover and keyboard.
  2. Pry up the coin-cell battery to release the double-sided adhesive tape on the bottom.
  3. Lift the coin-cell battery out of the computer.
  4. Disconnect the battery cable from the system board.

  5. Connect the coin-cell battery cable to the system board.
  6. Insert the coin-cell battery into the computer.
  7. If you are re-installing the old coin-cell battery, press down to seal the tape on the bottom.
  8. If you are installing a new coin-cell battery, remove the adhesive backing from the battery, and slide the battery under the tab. Press to seal the tape on the bottom.

  9. Replace keyboard, LED cover, and battery.
