Steps:

1. Remove the cover panel from the fuel dispenser.

2. Using a filter wrench, twist counter-clockwise to remove the old filter.

3. Once the filter has been removed, place the new filter over the housing and screw clock-wise to install.

4. After the filter has been installed, reattach the panel cover and lock it in place.
