Steps:

1. Before you begin, make sure the device is switched off and the engine is cool to the touch.
2. Grab the plastic housing at the end of the spark plug wire.
3. Pull firmly to disconnect the wire from the spark plug.

4. Use the included wrench to loosen the four black knobs securing the pump housing cover.
5. If the wrench is missing, slide a screwdriver shank through the knob and twist to loosen the knobs.

6. Slide the pump housing cover out of the pump and remove it.

7. Use your fingers to peel off and remove the two O-rings from the pump housing cover.
8. The two O-rings are different: the top O-ring is slightly thinner than the bottom O-ring.
