Steps:

  1. Before you begin, make sure the device is switched off and the engine is cool to the touch.
  2. Grab the plastic housing at the end of the spark plug wire.
  3. Pull firmly to disconnect the wire from the spark plug.

  5. If you are only replacing one or two shock mounts, you may not need to rotate the device.
  6. Carefully rotate the device so that the pump sits on top of the engine.
  7. Place a block of wood underneath the engine so that the engine weight rests on the wood and not the shock mounts.

  9. Do not remove all four mount bolts at once, or the assembly will separate from the frame. Replace up to two shock mounts at a time.
  10. Use a 13 mm socket and wrench to remove the nut(s) securing the shock mount(s) that you are replacing.
  11. Step image
  12. Use a 19 mm socket and wrench to remove the bolt securing the shock mount to the assembly.
  13. Remove the shock mount.
  14. Repeat to replace the remaining shock mounts.
