Steps:

1. Carefully partially remove the headband cushion cover. Be careful not to rip the two headband eyelets just above the screws on each end of the headband.

2. With the main part of the cover off, pull the head band cover up and out of the metal headband ends, exposing the screws underneath.

3. Unscrew all four 1.4 mm screws on the right and left ends on the underside of the headband using a T5 Torx screwdriver.

4. Pull the metal headband end out from the headband slightly, and disconnect the rubber band from the hook.

5. Remove the inner headband by gently prying the edges and corners.

6. Carefully peel up the glued wire in the headband.

7. Pull the headband out of the slots gently.

8. Put the new headband into the slots carefully.
