Steps:
- Turn the lock clockwise until two screws are visible.
- Remove both screws from the lock cylinder using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
- Remove the lock cylinder from the door.
- Remove the pin and key cylinder from both of the secondary and primary support cylinders.
- Remove the secondary support cylinder from the primary support cylinder.
- Remove the primary cylinder support from the door.
- Remove both of the 3/4 inch screws from the face of the latch mechanism using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
- Remove the latch mechanism with the latch face from the door.
- Insert the new latch mechanism with the latch face in the door. A capital letter "A" should face upward in the latch face.
- Reinsert both of the screws in the latch face using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
- Insert the primary support cylinder in the door.
- Insert the secondary support cylinder in the door.
- Insert the new pin and key cylinder in both the primary and secondary support cylinders.
- Insert the new lock cylinder in the door by aligning the lock with the pin of the key cylinder.
- Insert both of the screws in the lock cylinder using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
