Steps:

  1. Turn the lock clockwise until two screws are visible.
  2. Step image
  3. Remove both screws from the lock cylinder using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
  4. Step image
  5. Remove the lock cylinder from the door.
  6. Step image
  7. Remove the pin and key cylinder from both of the secondary and primary support cylinders.
  8. Step image
  9. Remove the secondary support cylinder from the primary support cylinder.
  10. Step image
  11. Remove the primary cylinder support from the door.
  12. Step image
  13. Remove both of the 3/4 inch screws from the face of the latch mechanism using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.

  15. Remove the latch mechanism with the latch face from the door.
  16. Step image
  17. Insert the new latch mechanism with the latch face in the door. A capital letter "A" should face upward in the latch face.
  18. Step image
  19. Reinsert both of the screws in the latch face using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
  20. Step image
  21. Insert the primary support cylinder in the door.
  22. Step image
  23. Insert the secondary support cylinder in the door.

  25. Insert the new pin and key cylinder in both the primary and secondary support cylinders.
  26. Step image
  27. Insert the new lock cylinder in the door by aligning the lock with the pin of the key cylinder.
  28. Step image
  29. Insert both of the screws in the lock cylinder using a Phillips #3 screwdriver.
