Steps:

1. Remove batteries

2. Loosen the 4 screws with a small Phillips screwdriver.
3. Open the case.

4. Carefully fold the black plastic part upwards, then pull out the flat cable with tweezers.
5. Treat the connector with contact spray.
6. Carefully insert the flat cable again, with the blue marking facing upwards, fold the black plastic part down again.
7. Put the pen back together.
